Experience an exclusive one-month residency with Haoma Bangkok where diners will have the chance to indulge in Michelin Star Chef Deepanker Khosla’s celebrated neo-Indian cuisine with the menu “10 Courses / 18 Expressions.”

Guests can experience the Haoma residency on the lavish tented rooftop of Tambu, the resort’s brand-new Indian restaurant. Serving progressive charcoal cuisine, the fine-dining concept is inspired by the ‘Tented Palaces’ in the era of Mughal Emperors’, where exquisite royal feasts were infused with a smoky, earthy flavour over an open charcoal flame, as the caravans traversed the Silk Road.

Highlights include Lobster Two Ways featuring local Phuket lobster, 36 hour cooked Madras curry crab, and Haoma’s interpretation of succulent chicken kakori kebab.

Meat and vegetarian options, as well as a beverage pairing, are available.
