Spa Booking Policy (Non-Refundable)
All spa service bookings are strictly non-refundable once confirmed.
However, in the event that you are unable to attend your scheduled appointment, the full amount paid may be converted into a spa voucher of equal value. This voucher can be redeemed for any spa service at a later date, subject to availability.
Guests may also request to change their selected spa service. If the newly selected service exceeds the value of the original voucher, the guest will be required to pay the price difference. If the new service is of lesser value, the remaining balance will be retained in the voucher for future use.
We recommend notifying us in advance for any changes to ensure a smooth experience.
